Firm founder honored each year since 2006
DALLAS – Acclaimed trial lawyer Richard A. “Dick” Sayles continues to garner professional recognition for litigation expertise with placement in the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers in America.
Firm founder Mr. Sayles is honored for commercial and bet-the-company litigation. He has been recognized on the prestigious list each year since 2006.

This is the latest in a long list of accolades for the courthouse veteran. Mr. Sayles is a repeat honoree by Thompson Reuters Super Lawyers, Lawdragon’s lists of leading attorneys in the nation and D Magazine. He has also been honored as the Dallas Bar Association’s Trial Lawyer of the Year and has earned multiple honors from the American Board of Trial Advocates and Benchmark Litigation.
Mr. Sayles has been board certified in Texas for more than 30 years in civil trial law and personal injury trial law and earned national board certification as a trial lawyer advocate by The National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). He is also a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers.
